Tell us what happened, your iOS version, and the Attend version shown in Settings. No need to include your app selections or reading history.
support@30twelve.orgHow do the 10 minutes work?
Finish a Scripture reading and reflection to unlock 10 minutes of use across your selected apps and websites. Time counts while you use them, rather than while your phone is put away. Remaining time is an estimate. Attend pauses them again when the allowance is used. Unused access expires within a day.
How do I change my apps?
Open Apps & websites on Home, or in Settings. Choose apps, categories, or websites, then tap Save. Saving turns protection on immediately and ends any current allowance. Cancel keeps your previous choices.
How do I reconnect Screen Time?
Tap Reconnect Screen Time in Attend and approve Apple’s prompt. If no prompt appears, open the iPhone Settings app, find Screen Time, and allow Attend access. Return to Attend afterward. Your saved choices and reading progress stay in place.
How do I open Attend from a paused app?
On iOS 26.5 or newer, tap Open Attend on the pause screen. On earlier supported versions, tap Close app, then open Attend from your Home Screen or App Library. Finish a reading, then return to the app you wanted to use.
Can I keep reading?
Yes. Read more saves the passage and continues your reading path without granting a new allowance. Finish & unlock grants a fresh 10 minutes of use. You can also change reading paths; each unfinished path keeps its place.
How do I stop using protection?
Open the iPhone Settings app, find Screen Time, and turn off Attend’s access. Attend will stop protecting your selected apps. To start again, open Attend and reconnect Screen Time. To end an allowance early, use Lock apps now in Attend’s Settings.
Does reading need an internet connection?
No. Attend includes complete offline Bible editions in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German. Reflections also work without Apple Intelligence, using bundled prompts.
